Todays post are of another studio photoshoot of some work friends children Lilly and Ellis. The images i gained were amazing and the children so much fun to be with , the parents were also thrilled with the final edits. Hope you all think so.

I think i actually prefer the black and white images best they seem to add something else to the overall feel.

Here are a few black and white conversions which i love, i do think black and white pictures are timeless and fit in anyones home.
I used the amazing Nik Silver Efex 2 software that gives so much in the way of presets or flexibilty to creat the look you want. I think i chose a date Kodak T Max film look and put a Vingette in the corners to focus the viewers eye.

Its been a few days since my last post meant to get round to blogging a few images of both of Isobel and Archie together.
I never managed to get load of them as Isobel wanted to play at this point and had been such a star for the 45 minutes i had with them. I had to squeeze in singles of each and individual pictures ,this was some challenge.

I really like the Black and white conversions using Nik Silver Efex pro 2 , it creates some really retro 35 Film conversions. I think this was a Kodak TMAX 400 film look

This Isobels handsome brother Archie who is only 6 months old, this young man was a star in the studio. Archie just smiled forever and was so photogenic, i cant wait to work with them both again.

Today a few more images of the lovely Isobel , such a beautiful innocent soul. I have such fond memories of the day as i hope the parents did.

This beautiful young lady is Isobel and she is such a funny little thing. I was priviledged to be allowed to photograph some work friends children in exchange for being able to show case some more portfolio work in my studio.  I used high key style in some and also pulled them forward from the background and decreasing the back light to obtain a grey backdrop. I will show more of them over the next few days. Isobel also has a 6 month old brother Archie who was equally as amazing to photograph and i will reveal them in time. Today images are a few of a recent shoot of some relatives,the studio shoot was fun and the boys were such good sports throughout. My name is Roy Bush and yes im a photographer. 
I love to photograph people in studios using lighting but really love using ambient lighting to. I want to do more photography work and i am always looking for people to photograph.
